Ulbert Botero
Ulbert Botero is a 2016 Robert C. Pittman NIMET Fellow and a Ph.D. candidate in the Florida Institute of Cyber Security at the University of Florida. He earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with a minor in computer science at the University of Central Florida (UCF), where he graduated with Cum Laude honors. Mr. Ulbert’s research interests include biomedical applications, signal processing, machine learning, biometrics, implantable/wearable medical IoT devices, and hardware security.
