Louis Cattafesta
Louis N. Cattafesta III, Ph.D., is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the University of Florida. His areas of research include experimental fluid dynamics, active flow control, and aeroacoustics, particularly airframe noise. Funding for Dr. Cattafesta’s research has been provided by grants from NASA, AFOSR, ONR, NSF, ARMY, Boeing, GE, Gulfstream and Lockheed Martin. Dr. Cattafesta has co-authored four papers, and is an Associate Fellow of AIAA and a past member of the AIAA Fluid Dynamics Technical Committee.
