Jing Guo
Jing Guo, Ph.D., is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Florida. His research interests include modeling and simulation of nanoelectronic devices and materials, quantum transport in nanodevices, and theory of nanoscale transistors.
