Paramita Chakrabarty, Ph.D, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neuroscience at the University of Florida. She received her Ph.D. in Biochemistry at Jawaharlal Nehru University in 2002. Her primary research focuses on dissecting the role of inflammation in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease.
