Daiqing Liao

Daiqing Liao, Ph.D., is an associate professor in the Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology at the University of Florida. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of British Colombia and completed his Postdoctoral Training at Yale University School of Medicine. His research focuses on understanding cell-biological functions of epigenetic modifying enzymes in epigenetics and cancer biology, as well as discovery, characterization, and optimization of novel small-molecule inhibitors of these enzymes for cancer therapy.
