Adam Monsalve

Adam Monsalve, Ph.D., is a post-doctoral researcher in the Department of Biomedical Engineering. Dr. Monsalve received his bachelor of science in biology and chemistry from Virginia Tech. He earned his master’s and Ph.D. in materials science and engineering from the University of Florida. Dr. Monsalve’s interests include micro- and nanoparticle synthesis, protein/DNA bio chemistry, and magnetic nanomaterials.
