Sefaattin Tongay
Sefaattin Tongay was a researcher in the Nanoscience Institute of Medical and Engineering Technologies and Department of Physics at the University of Florida. He received his B.A. in Physics from Ege University in 2002, graduating summa cum laude, and went on to earn his M.A. from Bilkent University in 2004 and Ph.D. from the University of Florida in 2010 under Dr. A. F. Hebard’s supervision. His research focuses on carbon-based structures, carbon electronics, ultra-quantum limit transport, semiconductor devices, organic semiconductors, nanoscale devices, implantation, and complex oxides.
