Boyi Zhang

Boyi Zhang, Ph.D., completed his doctoral degree at the University of Florida in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. At UF, he conducted research on wide bandgap power semiconductor device packaging and electromagnetic interference with a particular interest in power modules featuring wide bandgap devices.
