Z. Hugh Fan, Ph.D., is a professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Florida. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Alberta, Canada and then was an E.T.S. Walton Visiting Professor at Dublin City University in Ireland. Dr. Fan’s research interests include microfluidics, BioMEMS, sensors and bioengineering.
