Jennifer Andrew

Jennifer Andrew, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Florida, where she researches biomaterials, drug delivery, nanomaterials, multiferroics, and polymers. Dr. Andrew also heads a UF research group that received funding from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to develop polymer-inorganic nanocomposites for the non-invasive detection of tuberculosis. She earned her Ph.D. in materials at the University of California, Santa Barbara and completed postdoctoral work at the University of California, San Diego.
