Aftab Bhanvadia

Aftab Bhanvadia is a graduate research assistant in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Florida. Mr. Bhanvadia’s research interests include product development, memories (NVM, NAND, DRAM), MEMS/Semiconductor devices and design, CMOS transistor level logic design, and validation testing.
