Haoting Shen, Ph.D., was a postdoctoral associate at the University of Florida. He earned his Ph.D. in materials science and engineering from Penn State University in 2014. Dr. Shen was also a materials scientist at BASG and NIST. His research interests include materials growth, materials analysis, nanostructures, and device fabrication.
