Claudio Gonzalez, Ph.D., is a professor in the Department of Microbiology and Cell Science at the University of Florida at the UF Genetics Institute. He earned his doctorate from the National University of Tucuman, Argentina in 2000. His research focuses on gene expression and regulation, protein engineering, enzyme production and characterization.
