Jerry Paris Jerry Paris, Ph.D., P.E., is a research associate scientist in the Department of Civil and Coastal Engineering at the University of Florida. His research interests include alternative supplementary cementitious materials, durability of concrete nuclear structures, and thermal treatment of municipal solid waste for beneficial reuse in the construction field. He has worked on multiple projects with both the public and private sectors related to geotechnical and materials engineering.
