Helena Hagelin-Weaver, Ph.D., is an associate professor in the University of Florida’s Department of Chemical Engineering. She earned her Ph.D. in chemistry from Sweden’s Royal Institute of Technology. Her research group currently focuses on environmentally friendly, energy-related reactions. Her research interests involve preparation and characterization of novel nano-structured catalysts, catalytic activity measurements, and reactor design.
