Forrest Masters Forrest Masters, Ph.D., P.E., is a professor in the Engineering School of Sustainable Infrastructure and Environment and serves as the Associate Dean for Research and Facilities in the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering at the University of Florida. He earned his Ph.D. in civil (structural) engineering from the University of Florida in 2004. Dr. Masters has published more than 100 papers in pee-reviewed journals.
