Richard Hennig

Richard Hennig, Ph.D., is the Alumni Professor of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Florida. He earned his Ph.D. in Physics at Washington University in St. Louis in 2000. Dr. Hennig is the Associate Director of the Quantum Theory Project and principal investigator in the Hennig Materials Theory Lab at the University of Florida. His research interests include computational materials science, structure prediction algorithms, and materials for energy technologies.
