Juan Ramirez Juan Gabriel Ramirez, Ph.D., is an associate professor of physics at Universidad de los Andes, Colombia. He earned his Ph.D. at Universidad del Valle, Colombia, and postdoctoral studies at University of California San Diego. He is an expert in complex oxide materials exhibiting multiple electronic correlations in the form of thin films and nanoparticles. He is the leader of the nanomagnetism laboratory that currently investigates different material-focused approaches for quantum and neuromorphic computing architectures.
