Zhongwu Guo

Zhongwu Guo, Ph.D., is a professor and Scott Chair in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Florida. He earned his Ph.D. in organic chemistry in 1991. His research in the Guo laboratory is at the interface of chemistry, chemical biology, and biomedical sciences. His research projects range from the development of novel synthetic methodologies for complex carbohydrates to their biological and medical applications, such as development of conjugate vaccines and targeted drug delivery systems.
