Linda Bartoshuk Linda Sommerfield Bartoshuk, Ph.D., is the Bushnell Professor of Community Dentistry and Behavioral Science in the University of Florida’s College of Dentistry. Dr. Bartoshuk is internationally known for her research on taste and smell, including her famous discovery of supertasters, people with extreme taste sensitivity. She is a member of the National Academy of Sciences, a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, and Past President of the Association for Psychological Science.
