Michael SanSoucie

Michael SanSoucie is a materials scientist at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL. Mr. SanSoucie leads the MSFC electrostatic levitation (ESL) laboratory, which provides advanced materials experimentation approaches to obtain materials science/property data on high temperature materials. The ESL lab provides support to numerous programs including ISS, Orion, J2X, Solar Probe Plus, and academic and commercial customers. Mr. SanSoucie is also a Project Scientist for 2 International Space Station Electromagnetic Levitator (ISS-EML) Principal Investigators (PIs) and 3 JAXA Electrostatic Levitation Furnace (ELF) PIs. The MSFC ESL lab provides ground-based support to the PIs with experiments on these ISS levitators.
