Lisa Platt

Lisa Platt, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Interior Design and embedded Research Faculty within the College of Design Construction and Planning Florida Institute for Built Environment Resilience (FIBER) at the University of Florida. She earned her Ph.D. in systems science with a focus in health systems engineering from State University of New York at Binghamton. Her research focuses on using artificial intelligence and complexity modeling to evaluate scenarios of preventative operational designs that reduce risks to human health.
