David Scott

David Scott, Ph.D., P.E., is a technical advisor at the Electric Power Research Institute focusing on the global fleet for commercial nuclear power plants. He received his Ph.D. in infrastructure and environmental systems from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2018 and is active on committees for the American Concrete Institute related to nuclear concrete structures, concrete construction specifications, and nondestructive evaluation.
