Kevin Jones

Kevin Jones, Ph.D., Distinguished Professor and Frederick N. Rhines Professor of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Florida. He received his Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley and his B.S. from the University of Florida. His research interests include studying the growth and processing of elemental and compound semiconductors.
