Joel Harley

Joel Harley, Ph.D., is an associate professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the University of Florida. He received his B.S. in electrical engineering from Tufts University in 2008, and his M.S. and Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 2011 and 2014, respectively. His research interests lie in signal processing, acoustics, nondestructive evaluation, and structural health monitoring.
