Maria-Jose Ferrer

Maria-Jose Ferrer is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Florida. She received her B.S. in chemistry from the University of Hartford in 2017. Under the direction of Dr. Bowers, her dissertation research focuses on improved methods and instrumentation for parahydrogen-based hyperpolarization of metabolites for magnetic resonance imaging detection of disease and treatment monitoring.
