Gloria Cagampang

Gloria Cagampang, Ph.D., is an adjunct assistant in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition at the University of Florida. She received her Ph.D. in cereal science and nutrition from Purdue University in 1983. Her research involves investigations on the basic properties of rice, wheat, corn, and sorghum. She is recognized as one of the world's experts on rice.
