Jinpyo An

Jinpyo An, Ph.D., is a food science postdoctoral research associate at the UF/IFAS Citrus Research and Education Center. He received his Ph.D. in natural products from the Seoul National University, Department of Pharmacy. His research focuses on discovering taste modulators in food using sensory guided column chromatography techniques and identifying biomarker and biomarker patterns using metabolomics techniques to monitor plant disease and fruit quality.
