Xavier Martini, Ph.D., is an associate professor in the Department of Entomology and Nematology at the University of Florida. He earned a Ph.D. in ecology from the University of Toulouse in France in 2010. His research focuses on the management of different pests in horticultural systems. The common ground of his program involves applied ecology and the development of environmentally sound methods to control these pests.
