Wesley Bolch

Wesley E. Bolch, Ph.D., is the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and a professor of biomedical engineering and medical physics at the University of Florida. He earned his Ph.D. in radiological physics from the University of Florida in 1988. He is a Fellow of both the Health Physics Society and the American Association of Physicists in Medicine. Dr. Bolch directs ALRADS – the Advanced Laboratory for Radiation Dosimetry Studies. His research interests include internal radiation dosimetry and organ dose assessment in diagnostic radiology. He received the 2014 Distinguished Scientific Achievement Award from the Health Physics Society.
