Ruchir Mishra, Ph.D., is a biological scientist in the Department of Entomology and Nematology at the University of Florida. He earned his Ph.D. in entomology from the University of Georgia in 2016 and two master’s degrees in biochemistry and in genetic manipulation and molecular cell biology from the University of Sussex. Dr. Mishra has expertise in protein biochemistry, bioinformatics and molecular biology, with a focus on the development of bacterial pesticidal proteins.
