Niles Gunsalus, Ph.D., was a postdoctoral researcher at The Scripps Research Institute. He earned his bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of South Florida in 2011. During his time at The Scripps Research Institute, his Ph.D. research focused on C-H activation for oxy-functionalization of hydrocarbons under Dr. Periana’s supervision.
