Catherine Belisle, Ph.D. completed her Ph.D. in horticultural sciences at the University of Florida in 2021. Her research centered on improving postharvest quality in lettuce and other leafy vegetables grown in the Everglades Agricultural Area (EAA). Her work contributes to enhancing crop longevity, marketability, and overall quality within Florida’s specialty crop sector.
