Gilles Basset, Ph.D., is an associate professor in the Department of Horticultural Sciences within the Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences at the University of Florida. He received his Ph.D. from University of Bordeaux, France in 2010. The Dr. Gilles Basset Lab’s research focuses on understanding how plants synthesize redox cofactors that are vital for photosynthesis and respiration.
