Stephen Pearton

Stephen J. Pearton, Ph.D., is a distinguished professor in the Department of Materials Science & Engineering at the University of Florida. He earned his Ph.D. in physics from the University of Tasmania in Australia in 1983. He received the TMS John Bardeen Award and the APS David Adler Lectureship Award in 2011. He is the author or co-author of approximately 1300 journal articles and 10 books. His research interests include semiconductor processing, devices, thin film transistors, and solid state sensors.
