Mark Law
Mark E. Law, Ph.D., is a Distinguished Professor in the College of Engineering and Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at the University of Florida. An acclaimed scholar and the recipient of numerous honors and awards, Law also has two software copyrights. His research interests include design and modeling of IC fabrication process, computer modeling of semiconductor process and device behavior and numerical solution of partial differential equations. He earned a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Iowa State University and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Stanford University.
